Provide on-site consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for a three day international board meeting with limited prep time.
Description:
Chinese and Japanese interpretation needed at various times and locations throughout a three day conference. Interpretation booths, equipment, and technical support required as well.
Project Scope:
Receive the board meeting schedule and background information, Provide linguists with information for research and logistical planning, Schedule delivery and pickup of translation equipment, Arrive on-site each day to set-up, provide interpretation, and break down.
Outcome:
Far exceeded client’s expectations and received praise from all those involved.
