  • Is there anything I can do to help ensure a smooth translation process?

    Here at Keylingo we hope to take all of the burden off of your shoulders in regards to multilingual asset management but there are things that be done on the front end to speed delivery times, lower costs, and help avoid any miscommunication.

  • Does Keylingo support larger files?

    Yes! You can submit files of all sizes and formats through Keylingo. If your file exceeds the standard size for mail transfer please contact us and project manager will get back in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss how best to proceed.

  • Can Keylingo use a previously created translation memory?

    In order to protect the accuracy of our clients’ translation memories we typically do not accept translation memories created elsewhere. However, if you have a translation memory that has been approved by your organization, please contact us and we would be happy to utilize this tool to drive cost savings.

  • Can I take the translation memory created by Keylingo elsewhere?

    We create separate translation memories for each client and language pair. These assets belong to the company that we create them for and can be delivered to the client at any time.

  • Does Keylingo support proofreading of texts not originating from Keylingo?

    As a general rule, no. Keylingo only deals with proofing of documents that have also been translated by Keylingo translators. But if you require proofreading only, please contact us at to discuss.
