How do I register for a Corporate Keylingo account? On Keylingo.com, click the “Join Now” link in the bottom middle of the page. A form will appear. Complete this form and submit it. Once you have submitted, one of our customer service representatives will be in contact, usually within one hour. How do I get an instant quote? Complete the form in Translation Services Quote box on any page of the website. Press the “Next” button for an instant quote. Does Keylingo support larger files? Yes! You can submit files of all sizes, i.e. containing larger word volumes, through Keylingo. If you are having difficulty uploading the file, i.e. if its size exceeds the standard size for mail transfer, contact us at info@keylingo.com Multiple languages: If I wish to have one document translated into several languages, do I submit each language pair separately? No, this is not necessary. Simply hold down the control key to select multiple languages. MAC Users: I am a Macintosh user and when I try to select several target languages with the use of CTRL key, it doesn't work. What should I do? To select multiple languages on the MAC, do not use CTRL but (of course!:-)) the hash - four loops - (or Apple) key - to the left and right of the spacebar. It is also recommended to binhex files before submitting them from a Macintosh to preserve the file format. I am a Corporate User of Keylingo. Keylingo only deals with proofing of documents that have also been translated by Keylingo translators. But if you require proofreading of another text, simply contact us at info@keylingo.com to discuss. I am trying to get a quote for a document, however I cannot log in. These are issued only when a Corporate account is set up by the Keylingo Team. You can, however, receive an instant quote by completing the Translation Services Quote on the Keylingo homepage and all sub pages.
