Key concepts of the Keylingo Way (Mouseover each step to read more details):
| Connect: This is the first touch point between Keylingo and the client and Keylingo's first opportunity to exceed expectations. It is our goal at this stage to make the client experience as easy as possible by providing tools that enable the efficient transfer of information regarding a translation project from the client to Keylingo. |
| Engage: At this stage, the client has selected Keylingo to provide translation services. Keylingo views each engagement as an opportunity to establish a long term and mutually beneficial relationship. Critical to the success of any partnership are the open transfer of relevant information and a clear understanding of expectations between parties. Keylingo has developed specific processes to address this and set the stage for a successful engagement. |
| Execute: Execution is at the heart of everything we do at Keylingo. Each stakeholder is held to rigorous standards of quality and is individually accountable for his or her role in the process. The details of the Keylingo process are proprietary, however the basic steps include translation, editing, and proofreading of every translation project. In between and throughout these three basic steps are numerous actions specific to Keylingo that result in translations of the highest quality – reading as if they were originally written in the local language of the target audience. |
| Deliver: While the process is for all intents and purposes complete, delivery is yet another important touch point between Keylingo and the client and yet another opportunity to exceed expectations. We strive, for example, to deliver every project ahead of the deadline and have consistently achieved this over 90% of the time. |
